Step by step towards World Orienteering Championships

The World Championships (WOC) are starting pretty soon and I`m getting more and more ready to compete. The preparations haven’t always been the easiest and nicest. I had to fight quite a lot and had to try keeping my motivation and my pleasure up trough the whole journey. I am really lucky to have such big support on home ground whether it is by my family or Gabriel. But also by medical staff and my coaches who helped me through those hard times.

I am finally feeling ready to compete in two weeks. I’ve had some good days training in Scotland last week and can now focus on the last physical and technical fine-tuning at home. The big work is done and I’m prepared to handle and to fight the Scottish terrain.

My WOC Programm

31.7. Sprint Qualification

1.8. Mixed Sprint Relay (Rahel Friederich, Martin Hubmann, Matthias Kyburz and me)

2.8. Sprint Final

4.8. Middle (without me)

5.8. Relay (Julia Gross, Sara Lüscher and me)

7.8. Long

Hello! I just wanted to ask if you ever have any trouble with hackers? My last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up losing a few months of hard work due to no data backup. Do you have any methods to stop hackers?

I'm gone to say to my little brother, that he should also visit this website on regular basis to take updated from most recent news update.
